The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 34-year-old Matthew Franklin for a probation violation. He is a white male, 5’8″ tall and 125 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 139 Fairfax Rd. Apt B in Marion.
Franklin was placed on Community Control in October of 2011 for a Breaking and Entering conviction and has stopped reporting to his Probation Officer.
