The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 21-year-old Benjy Griffith is wanted for a probation violation. He is a white male, 5’11” tall and 170 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. His last known address is 2415 Prospect-Norton Road.
Griffith was placed on Community Control in June of 2011 for a Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor conviction and has stopped reporting to his Probation Officer.
