The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 22-year-old Amber Carter for a probation violation. She is a white female, 5’4″ tall and 125 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. Her last known address is 219 Libby Lane in Marion.
Carter was placed on Community Control in July of 2012 for a Drug Possession conviction and has stopped reporting to her Probation Officer.
