The Basics of Estate Planning is the topic of a Community Chat presented by Attorneys David F. Bacon and Jessica B. Moon on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from noon to 1:00pm at Kingston Residence of Marion.
Topics to be covered include:
- Wills and Trusts and their differences, probate avoidance;
- planning for control, succession and family issues to consider;
- Powers of Attorney and how they would in conjunction with other powers (trustees, guardians, etc);
- New Ohio tax information and its impact from our planning perspective—new techniques
