The Affordable Healthcare Act, also referred to as Obamacare, is the topic of a Community Chat presented by Attorneys David F. Bacon and Jessica B. Moon on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from noon-1:00pm at the Kingston Residence of Marion.
Bacon and Moon will provide a brief review of the Affordable Healthcare Act. The presentation will include a summary of goals and applications, provisions regarding the current uninsured, taxes, penalties, fees and small business implications and possibilities. Their talk will also cover Ohio’s current options with Medicaid eligibility and its proposals and expansion. Included in the chat will be 2013-2014 delays and exemptions, employer mandate vs. individual mandate, current federal waivers and Congressional exemption.
There is no cost for the Community Chat and a light lunch will be provided by Kingston at no cost from 11:30am – noon for pre-registered participants.
