The Marion Palace Theatre will show the Dreamworks animated film “Turbo” on November 1, 2, 3, 2013.
“Turbo” was created by the makers of MADAGASCAR and KUNG FU PANDA. This animated comedy is about a snail who dares to dream big – and fast. After Turbo encountered a freak accident he is bestowed with the power of super-speed and sets a goal to achieve the seemingly impossible: competing in the world’s fastest race, the Indianapolis 500. With the help of his tricked-out streetwise snail crew, this unlikely hero puts his heart and shell on the line to prove that no dream is too big, and no dreamer too small.
This animated comedy features the voices of a star studded cast including Ryan Reynolds, Paul Giamatti, Michael Pena, Samuel L. Jackson, Luis Guzman, Bill Hader, Snoop Dogg and Maya Rudolph.
This film is rated PG for some mild action and thematic elements and runs 96 minutes.
“Turbo” will play at the Marion Palace Theatre Friday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, November 2 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, November 3 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4/Adults, $3/Seniors (62 & over), $2/Children (12 and under).
