The Ohio State University at Marion will host The Wiz on Thursday & Friday, November 13 & 14, 2014 as part of the 2014-2015 Five Nights on Campus performing arts series.
The Wiz is a delightful retelling of Frank Braun’s immortal classic, The Wizard of Oz. After a long and successful run on Broadway, the show has had many revivals. A film adaptation was released in 1978. Our production, produced by Wayne Rowe and directed by Scott Persinger, will feature Ohio State Marion students as well as talented community performers.
All performances are held in Morrill Hall Auditorium on the Ohio State Marion campus. Season tickets are available at $35 for adults ($50 adult patron), $30 for seniors, and $15 for students. Individual performance tickets are also available at $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, and $4 for students.
