Theodore W. "Ted" Ochs age 68 of Marion passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011 at his residence.
Born in Marion to the late Theodore B. and Ruth (Ritzhaupt) Ochs.
He was a 1961 Graduate of Marion Catholic High School and graduated in 1968 from Walsh College in Canton, Ohio. Ted worked as a clerk for the Ohio Department of Transportation and retired in 1995.
He was a member of St Mary Church, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree, and a long time usher at St Mary Church.
Ted is survived by one sister Stephanie (Richard) Romine of Concord, Ohio, three nieces and nephews, 6 grand-nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. till the time of service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011 at St Mary Church. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St Mary Church with Father Michael Nimocks officiating. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery, Memorial contributions may be made to St Mary Church or the Knights of Columbus Bereavement Committee. Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
