Michael Aaron Trimble of Delaware passed away suddenly Monday, March 14, 2011 at the age of 49.
He was born on January 11, 1962 in Delaware to the Dwight Allen Trimble of Delaware and the late Gertrude (Roberts) Trimble.
A graduate of Rutherford B. Hayes High School in 1980, he was an outstanding athlete who excelled at basketball and track. With his athletic scholarship he attended Ohio University.
Michael “Squint”, “Big Mike” was a gambler, joker, and dreamer who enjoyed doing things for and spending time with his family and friends. Mike enjoyed fishing, playing golf, a devoted Buckeyes, Browns, and Lakers fan, never missing a game. He loved to grill, listen to the blues, pop open a beer and sip on some Crown. Always wanting everyone to have a good time, this is why he will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his longtime Girl friend: Angela Wooten, Children: Erika Schundelmier of Columbus, Shayla Ransaw, Jorian Trimble, and Marvelous Bayless all of Delaware, Grandchildren: David, Branden, Christopher, and Talia, Brother: Dwight Allen Trimble Jr. of Delaware, and Nieces: Stephanie Trimble of Delaware and Tierra Crump of Columbus.
His mother preceded him in death in 2003.
Friends may call Thursday 5-8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 75 W. William St., where a time of sharing will follow at 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held Friday 10:30 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery.
