Kara Marie Fabian, 21, of Marion

Kara Marie FabianKara Marie Fabian, 21 years old of Marion, Ohio, went home to heaven on October 9, 2016. Kara resided at Eden Springs Health Care Center in Green Springs, Ohio.

On November 10, 1994, Kara and her Twin Sister, Kayla Ruth Fabian, were miracle babies, born 20 weeks premature in Louisville, Kentucky. Both weighing in at 1.5 pounds and 1 pound, the babies lived their first year of life at the hospital with amazing neonatal nurses and doctors that grew very attached to them. With the faith and love of their mother, Ginny Fabian, and support from family and friends, the miracle babies came home from the hospital and were held, hugged, kissed and spoiled as much as possible.

Sadly, Kara & Kayla’s Mother, Ginny, who adored them greatly, went on to be with the Lord in 2008.

Sweet Kara leaves behind many who loved her and cared for her: her Twin Sister, Kayla Ruth Fabian; her maternal grandparents, Robbie and Gwendolyn Robinson; her uncle, Jeremiah Robinson; her aunt, Natalie Powers; her sisters, Chelsea Harbolt and Toni Fabian; her adoptive father, Dennis Fabian, and many other family members, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Kara Marie loved watching the movie, “The Little Mermaid” and enjoyed listening to Garth Brooks. When she was little, she loved playing with her dog Jazz and playing with her Twin Sister Kayla. Kayla remembers Kara laughing at her when she would get in trouble by their Mom. Kara’s personality was full of spunk and smiles, always brightening the mood of everyone that she was around.

As an adult, Kara looked forward to the visits of her Sister Kayla and Kayla’s friends. She recognized Kayla’s voice from afar and had a big smile and giggle waiting for her when she entered the room. Kara and Kayla shared a strong bond that will last throughout eternity.

A Memorial Service for Kara Marie Fabian will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Timothy Lutheran Church, 3004 Marion Mount Gilead Road, Marion, Ohio 43302. A potluck dinner will follow in the church basement.

Kayla Fabian would like to give a heartfelt thanks to all those who donated to the Go Fund Me Account or donated personally to pay for Kara’s cremation and memorial service. She would also like to thank her family and friends for helping her with the planning of the memorial service and for loving her through the hardest time of her life.
