Rick Jennette, 53 of LaRue died unexpectedly Monday, October 18, 2016 at his home.
He was born June 5, 1963 in Detroit, Michigan to Harold and Mabel (Hicks) Jennette.
He had worked for J-Lenco for five years. Rick really loved playing guitar as well as taking care of his home, mowing the grass, and tending to his garden and flowers. He also enjoyed cooking. His favorite vacation spot was up north in Michigan where he loved to go hiking.
On July 8, 1983 he married the former Linda Gray in Detroit and she survives. He is also survived by his mother, Mabel Jennette, Indian Lake; two daughters, Nicole Jennette, LaRue; Jessica Jennette, Chicago, Illinios; a brother, Harold (Jan) Jennette, Michigan; a sister, Bobbie (Dave) Ward, Indian Lake; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, LaRue with Pastor Tim Pasma officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 PM.
