Princess Aletis Haberman, age 86, of Marion, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011 at the Community Healthcare Center in Marion.
Princess was born on August 25, 1924, in Marion, Ohio to James and Bertha (Keppler) Gilbert. On July 16, 1962 Princess was united in marriage to Walter E. Haberman in Jellico, Tennessee.
Princess is survived by her children: Penny (Roger) Knachel of Tucson, Arizona and Stephen Septer of Marion, Ohio; her grandchildren: Shawn Septer, Sam Septer, Eric Septer, Allison Septer, John Septer, Adam Septer, Karen Strickling, Matthew Knachel, Sarah Thompson; and 2 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Haberman; her parents James and Bertha (Keppler) Gilbert; her son Gilbert Septer; Granddaughter Sarah Septer; and 9 brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the Marion Cemetery. Family and friends may gather at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 East Center Street, Marion at 10AM and travel together in procession to the cemetery. Chaplain David Lippert will be officiating.
