On Saturday, June 19, Peace Community United Church of Christ will hold "Saturday in the Waldo Park" from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Organizers say there will be summer fun for the entire family, including a carnival-like atmosphere with games for kids and adults. Free food including hot dogs, chips, cookies and lemonade will be available. Other prizes and freebies.
A 5K Run and Fun Walk will be held in conjunction with this event at 11:00 am. Runners/walkers need to register before the event begins.
