She was born October 11, 1926 in Richwood to the late Wayne and Lauretta (Scharf) Brown.

John Schmelzer, age 82 of Kenton, formerly of Mt. Victory, died Friday evening, September 30, 2011 at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born July 23, 1929 in Taylor Township, Union County to the late Herman and Irene (Briggs) Schmelzer.

Douglas Edward Carter, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, September 14, 2011, at the Edgewood Manor Care Center in Westerville.  He was 32 years young.

On August 27, 1979, Douglas was born in Marion, Ohio, the son of Dianna (Weddington) Ogle and Michael Carter.

Jack V. Chevalier Jr. age 87 of Marion, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 at his residence. He is resting waiting for the 2nd coming of Jesus, to be raised for eternal life in God's presence.

Donald H. “Pat” Patterson Sr., age 90, formerly of Edison, died Monday evening, September 26, 2011, at the Woodside Village Care Center following nearly a ten year battle with Alzheimer’s.

On October 16, 1920, Donald was born in Alexandria, Ohio, the only son of five children of the late Wilbur and Hazel (Penn) Patterson.

Curisma Camille Veal, age 16 months, of Marion passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 27, 2011.

She was born in Columbus on May 30, 2010 to Curtis Veal and Nicole Boyd who survive.

Muriel Wynell Ferguson age 83 of Richwood, died peacefully Wednesday morning September 28, 2011 at her home.
