Ruth Welcome Roberts Foos, age 92 of Caledonia passed away Sunday morning August 14th at home with her family at her bedside.

She was born South of Caledonia on April 15th, 1919 as the daughter of the late Wickliffe H. and Totsie Caroline (Miller) Roberts.

George E. Griffiths, of Marion, died Wednesday evening, August 10, 2011, at his residence following a brief illness.  He was 90 years old.

The "friendliest person" you ever met, George Griffiths, truly had a way with people. He “never knew a stranger” and made such an impression that it felt like you had been friends your entire life. He truly was the one man “Welcome Wagon” everywhere he went.

Robert M. Willis age 62 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at his residence.

He was born September 13, 1948 in Marion, Ohio to the late Margaret (Cook) Kirk.

Dorothy Mae Moore Crawford, age 84, of Galion, died Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at her son's residence in Mount Gilead.

Dorothy was born on March 8, 1927 in Galion, the daughter of the late John and Gertrude Bonen Moore.  She graduated from Dover High School in northern Ohio.

Ganelle Ettinger, age 97 of Martel passed away early Thursday morning August 11th  in Galion Community Hospital.

She was born in Martel February 11th 1914 as the daughter of the late Arthur L. & Estella (Hershner) Goldsmith.

James L. Ault Sr., age 86 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at his residence.

He was born July 9, 1925 in Marion, Ohio to the late Walter H. and Esther M. (Hopkins) Ault.

Karl E. Neal, age 95, formerly of Smeltzer Road in Marion, and of Evansville, Indiana, died peacefully early Monday morning, August 8, 2011, at the Deaconess Hospice Care Center following an extended illness.

On December 29, 1915, Karl was born in Marion, the son of the late Mark and Sarah (Meister) Neal, who both died when he was very young.

Otha Leon Warren age 88 of Marion, Ohio, went to be with the Lord early Monday morning August 8, 2011 following a brief illness.

He was the son of the late Otha Grant and Oakley (Higgins) Warren. Leon was born August 1, 1923 in Ironton, Ohio.

Gareth Lamar Harper age 76 of Mt. Gilead, Ohio and formerly of Marion, Ohio, passed away Monday August 8, 2011 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born September 18, 1934 in Marion, Ohio to the late Carl A. and C. Maxine (Camp) Harper.

Pauline Ruthella Clement, age 91, of Marion was called to be with the Lord on Saturday August 6, 2011 at 7:03 PM at the Green Hills Retirement Community in West Liberty, Ohio. Pauline fell at home on December 7, 2009 and broke he hip. Her niece had her moved to Green Hills so she could visit Pauline every day and help when needed.
