On June 30, 2011 Kory Scott Kirkpatrick was taken home to be with our Lord. Kory was born August 18, 1989 to Jeff Kirkpatrick and Christiana Nicolosi Holliday.

He is survived by his parents, sister Hannah Kirkpatrick, grandmother Juanita Kirkpatrick, Stepfather Scot Holliday, uncles, Sam (Mindy) Nicolosi, Mike (Amber) Nicolosi, Steve Kirkpatrick and Ted Penebaker.

Timothy James Van Meter, 51, of Grasonville, MD died suddenly on Thursday morning, June 30, 2011 of a heart attack. He and his family were camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire at the time of his death.

He was born on July 11, 1959 in Findlay, Ohio. Tim graduated from Conotton Valley High School, Bowerston, Ohio, and The Ohio State University.

Veta Sue Hondros age 74 of Marysville, Ohio formerly of Marion, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Heartland of Marysville.

She was born February 8, 1937 in York Center, Ohio to the late James W. and Kathryn (Winters) Davis.

Carl David Worthington, age 89 of Richwood died unexpectedly Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.

He was born October 3, 1921 in Union County to the late Harry and Ethel (Kline) Worthington.

Anna L. Kirby age 85 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Wednesday June 29, 2011 at the Morningview Pointe Nursing Home.

She was born August 2, 1926 in Louisa County, Ky.

Caroll Lee Blankenship, age 74, sadly passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in South Lebanon, Ohio on June 4, 1937, the son of Oscar and Elizabeth (Gilday) Blankenship.

Donald L. "Pete" Tate age 78 of Marion passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at DeWolfe House in Marion.

Born May 2, 1933 in Marion to the late Joseph and Helene (Lee) Tate.

Betty Lou (Kull) Carey, age 78, of Green Camp, Ohio is now with her Lord Jesus Christ. He welcomed her into his home on Monday, June 27th at 7:40pm from the Marion General Hospital.  She passed unexpectedly to her family and friends.

Betty was born on April 30th, 1933 at the Marion General Hospital to the late Herman Adam Kull and Gladys Mary (Eller) Kull, both of Marion.

Betty J. Long, age 79, of Marion, passed away June 27, 2011, at Partners of Marion.  Betty was born February 9, 1932, in Marion, to the late Delbert and Viola (Baker) Saunders.

She married Stanley E. Long on June 2, 1951, and he preceded her in death January 6, 2000.

Betty Jean Smith, age 87, of Mount Gilead, died of natural causes Sunday afternoon, June 26, 2011, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

On February 15, 1924, Betty was born at her home in Mount Gilead, the only child of the late Walter and Millie (Graham) Whitney.  She graduated from Johnsville High School in the Class of 1942.
