He was born in Marion on August 16, 1972, to the late Harlos V. Brutchey and Sue Blankenship Brutchey VanGorden who survives along with step-father Robert VanGorden of Virginia.

Mattie A. Thacker age 90 passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Heartland of Marion.

She was born July 21, 1920 in Vinton County, Ohio to the late Marion O. and Rebecca (Boyce) Hutchinson.

Laurel Glenn Jordan, age 78, passed away at his home on Thursday, June 16, 2011, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born the eldest of six to D. Vernon and Elizabeth (Jarrett) Jordan in West Virginia, on January 26, 1933, the family moved when he was six years old to Ohio, settling in Morrow County.  Here he lived until moving to Mansfield in 2002.

Dorothy J. Adams age 78 of Marion, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Marion Manor Nursing Home.

She was born April 7, 1933 in Marion, Ohio to the late Stanley and Evelyn (Ault) McCombs.

Howard E. Waters age 84 of Marion died peacefully, with his devoted and loving family by his side, Sunday morning June 19, 2011 at the Marion General Hospital.

He was born April 8, 1927 in Radnor to the late Arthur C. and Lottie Bell (White) Waters.

Matthew “Chu” Howard Moore, age 28, of Portsmouth, VA and formerly of Marion, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 17, 2011.

On March 25, 1983, Matthew was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of Genevieve May Moore and John Wright. On January 30, 2009, Matthew was united in marriage to Ashlie Newton.

Danny J. Schroll, age 64, passed away June 14, 2011 at his home in Red Banks, New Jersey.

Dan was born on December 31, 1947 in Marion, Ohio and graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1964.

Harry E. Landon, 75 of Marion passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital Saturday, June 18.

He was a devoted, caring and loving father who always placed his family first.

Our mother, Mary Edith Doster Cline passed away on Friday June 17, 2011 at Heartland of Marion.

She was born near Harveysburg, Ohio on March 18, 1917 to the late Herbert Taylor and Neva Young Doster.

Richard E. Chapman, age 78 of Richwood, died Saturday morning, June 18, 2011 at his home.

He was born March 22, 1933 in Richwood to the late Dallas Anson and Irma Irene (Pfleiderer) Chapman.

On August 3, 1956 he married the former Virginia Ellen “Ginger” Ames in Mt. Sterling, and she survives in Richwood.
