Ethel M. Kuba, age 88 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Friday, April 29, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.

She was born December 7, 1922 in Upper Sandusky to the late Edward and Iva (Winslow) Stansberry.

Shirley Mae Oates, age 61, of Hepburn, died Thursday April 28, 2011 at 10:50 AM at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.

She was born August 25, 1949 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Robert W. and Stella M. (Burba) Kindell.  She was married to Tom Oates and he survives in LaRue.

Gwendolyn “Jeannine” Seiter, age 82, passed away Tuesday evening at Richland Manor Nursing Center in Bluffton, Ohio.

Born in Marion on December 3, 1928 to Paul and Ola (Rowe) Combs, she married Paul Seiter on December 21, 1948 and he preceded her in death as did on daughter; Connie Seiter.

Vernon Lee Houseworth age 76 of Prospect passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Partners of Marion.

Born March 24, 1935 in Ashley, Ohio to the late Earl and Mary L. (Patterson) Houseworth.

Brenda Sue Layne passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 11:45 PM at Partners of Marion. She was 56 years old; born October 6, 1954 in Marion to the late Simeon Ray and Corabell (Hodge) Layne.

Brenda was a member of Shield of Faith Church in Marion. She was a dedicated homemaker, and she loved her family very much.

William A. McCreary age 62 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Tuesday April 26, 2011 at the Marion General Hospital.

He was born January 19, 1949 in Galion, Ohio to the late Vincent and Betty (Miller) McCreary.

Helen I. Clark age 93 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Community Health Care Center.

She was born October 14, 1917 in Sciotoville, Ohio to the late Charles and Martha (Rice) Bender.

Ruth E. Jerome Albright, age 88, of Marion, went to be with the Lord on Monday afternoon, April 25, 2011, at the Marion General Hospital.

On October 7, 1922, Ruth was born at home in Marion County, the daughter of the late Carl and Grace (Rapp) Gillespie.  She graduated from Prospect High School.

Barbara F. “Barb” Roach, age 83, of Marion, died on Monday afternoon, April 25, 2011, at the Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky following an extended illness.

On April 11, 1928, Barbara was born at the Marion City Hospital, the daughter of the late Virgil and Dorothy (Lester) Anderson.

Bert Osborne Jr., of Prospect, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.

Bert was 81 years old; born May 26, 1929 to the late Bert Osborne Sr. and Pauline (Hickman) Smith. He married Donna Pickett July 29, 1961 in Marion.
