Motivational speaker Harvey Alston will bring his message “Be the Best” to Marion Harding High School on Friday, October 10, 2014. Alston will speak to the student body in the morning. The public is then invited to a session for parents to be held noon-1 p.m. in the Harding media center.
The parents’ session will cover a variety of topics including general parenting tips, social media and discipline issues.
Alston focuses on individual responsibility in his powerful soul-searching presentation. He urges people to strive to be their best.
