Group Discussing In-Home Care, Support Services

The Marion County Council on Aging will host the spring meeting of Caregiver Connections on Thursday, May 6th, beginning at 11:30 am with a luncheon.

The topic for discussion will be In-Home Care and Support Services, as presented by a panel of local service providers. The panelists will be representing Visiting Nurses Association of Ohio, Heartland Hospice, and Visiting Physicians. All three will present information in a lively discussion on a variety of services that are available for in-home care for your loved ones.

Caregiver Connections is a quarterly educational and support group for caregivers and others interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia. There is no cost to attend, but reservations are necessary and space is limited.

Lunch will be provided through the generosity of Kingston Residence of Marion.
