The Marion County Adult Probation Department is seeking 44-year-old Bryan Banks of Marion. Banks is 5'10" and 160 lbs with hazel eyes and brown hair.
He regularly wears black rimmed glasses and was last seen riding a bike in the vicinity of Bellefontaine Ave. His last known address is 846 Underwood Ave.
He was placed on Community Control Sanctions in August of 2009 for Possession of Cocaine and has since stopped reporting to his probation officer.
