Nucor Steel Marion and Marion General Hospital in partnership with the Marion MY and Marion Public Health is sponsoring a the Family Friendly Community Health Fair on Thursday, September 23, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Marion YMCA, 645 Barks Road East.
Organizers invite you and your family to enjoy a wide variety of entertainment and activity options for children and adults including a visit from Columbus Zoo animals, inflatable rides, a talent show, Marion on the Move Walking Clinic, Marion City Fire Department Smoke House, tours of the YMCA, Sharp Shred (donate one item of food and have one box of documents shredded for free).
You are also invited to the health fair with blood glucose and cholesterol screening (fasting eight hours before is recommended), blood pressure screening, flu shot clinic, safety information and much more.
Low cost boxed dinners and refreshments will be available.
