Sorority star Elle Woods (Claudia Fugate) doesn't take "no" for an answer. So when her boyfriend, Warner Huntington III (Kyle Wright), dumps her for someone "serious," Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before  – Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style.

Arriving at Harvard Law, Elle soon finds things are not as easy as she thought. She meets fellow classmates and mentor, Emmett Forest (Kyle Arnott). Emmet ushers Elle into her first day at class where she is kicked out by Professor Callahan (Kain Anderson), which results in a run-in with Warner's new "serious" girlfriend, Vivienne (Larissa Stover). With help from Emmett, Elle realizes it's time to get to work. Elle is guided through her time at Harvard by her new friend Paulette (Mikaela Strayer) and her Greek Chorus / Delta Nu sisters Serena, Margot, and Pilar (Megan Park, Lacey Johnson, Abbey Ferrell). The team of lawyers catch a break when Callahan gets a big murder case – they must defend work-out queen Brooke Wyndham (Alex Lynch). During the trial, Elle discovers a big "break" in the case. Brooke fires Callahan and hires Elle. Elle is finally "serious".
