A group of local residents is working to raise funds to send kids to camp. Royal Family Kids is a Christian camp that is designed to create positive memories for children ages 7-11 who have been victims of abuse or neglect.
Local organizers are having a community sale and craft show on July 7 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Abundant Life Church in Marion.
They are seeking donations from people who would like to provide items to be sold as well as crafters who are looking to support the camp by setting up a table for $25. Arrangements can be made to pick up donated items.
All proceeds will go to the camp to help children from Marion and the surrounding area.
