MGH and WIC Present a Baby Friendly Celebration

Are you pregnant or planning to have a baby soon? Did you have a baby within the past year? Are you breastfeeding or thinking about breastfeeding? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Marion General Hospital and Marion County WIC says you won’t want to miss the Baby Friendly Celebration.

The two organizations say this free event will provide you with information you need to successfully breastfeed and take care of your baby. Learning opportunities will include breastfeeding, LaLeche, WIC, and more.

Join Marion General Hospital and Marion County Women, Infants and Children (WIC), 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, on Thursday, August 2, at Marion General Hospital’s Office & Conference Center, located at 278 Barks Road West, Marion.

For more information about Marion General Hospital’s breastfeeding program or about this special event, please call (740) 383-8699.
