The public is invited to this free, family-friendly celebration from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 13, at the Marion Family YMCA, 645 Barks Road East. There will be inflatable rides, blood pressure screenings, safety information and much more at more than 40 booths. Low cost refreshments will be available.
The booths will include the Humane Society, Marion City Fire Department Smoke House, MedFlight, Fingerprint and photo ID for kids, tours of the YMCA, blood glucose and cholesterol screenings.
The event is free for both members and non members with a senior emphasis 2-4pm and a family emphasis 4-7pm.
This event is sponsored by Nucor, Marion General Hospital, Whirlpool and the Marion Family YMCA.
