Three Marion City Council Committees will meet on Monday, October 1, to discuss various fund transfers, street resurfacing, and the solid waste management plan.
The Finance Committee will meet at 6:30 pm to discuss several fund transfers.
The Streets and Sewers Committee will meet at 6:40 pm to discuss a contract with Shelly and Sands Inc., for the 2012 Street Resurfacing Project.
The Municipal Services, Parks, and Recreation Committee will meet at 6:50 pm to continue discussion on the 2012 DKMM Solid Waste Management Plan.
Council committee meetings are open to the public and held on the second floor of Marion City Hall.
