The First Presbyterian Church in Marion held its annual “Kirking of the Tartan” on October 28. The Reformation Sunday Service included music by local bagpipers and Scottish treats were provided.
Mark Melroy accompanied the Ohio Scottish Dancers on the pipes. The dancers were provided by Bethlehem Dance Education and Ministry Arts. They performed a traditional sword dance and The Trinity House choreographed by Vikki Bell, director of BDE&MA.
Dancers presenting were Bethany Cameron, Abigail Perry, Lily Diehl, Miriam Atlee, Sidney Scheff, Millennia Hoffer, Bethany Gliem, Sarah Davidson, Adelle Shoemaker, and Vikki Bell.
