The Marion Police Department is seeking Richard L. Stansberry Jr. on a felony warrant for theft. He is a 48-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighs 150 lbs.
Stansberry’s last known address was 567 Polk Street. He has a scar on his upper lip and rides a bicycle everywhere.
