Marion City Council Committees Meet Monday

The Marion City Council Finance Committee and Jobs and Economic Development Committee will meet Monday, February 4, 2013 to discuss various topics including the quarterly reports from Marion CANDO and Downtown Marion.

The Finance Committee meets at 6:30pm with only one item on the agenda, a transfer within the City Hall fund.

Jobs and Economic Development Committee meets at 6:45pm to discuss:

  • a resolution of support for the application of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by Marion Towers;
  • Downtown Marion’s 2012 4th Quarter Review;
  • Marion CANDO’s 2012 4th Quarter Review, and;
  • ordinance’s of financial support for Downtown Marion and Marion CANDO.

City Council Committees meet on the second floor of City Hall and are open to the public.
