On February 9, 2013 at about 4:59 pm, officers with the Marion City Police Department responded to the 200-block of Park Blvd. after receiving several reports of a shooting.
Witnesses told police that they saw a black male shooting at a silver Honda as it was leaving the alley next to 238 Park Blvd. They said the shooter briefly went into 238 Park Blvd., but then came out and fled the area.
Police served a search warrant at 238 Park Blvd. and the renter was interviewed
A home in the area had been hit by a bullet, but no injuries were reported.
This case currently remains under investigation.
