The Marion Police Department says a month long investigation has led to the arrest of a man they say was selling heroin.
On Wednesday, February 6, 2013, members of the MARMET Drug Task Force along with the assistance of the Marion City Police Department conducted a search warrant in the 960 block of East Church Street.
Police arrested 32-year-old Richard Mayse on three charges of trafficking in heroin.
