Spring Garden Fair to Feature “In the Garden” Host, Ideas and Tips

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 27, at the Tri-Rivers Career Center, OhioHealth Marion General Hospital’s TWIG VI/Garden Club of Marion is hosting a Spring Garden Fair. For an admission of $5, you can visit with local landscape companies, greenhouses, and other gardening enthusiasts who will answer questions and sell gardening products.

At 2:30 p.m., you can hear Ron Wilson, host of “In the Garden with Ron Wilson,” for a casual discussion about “yardenings.” He will share a few timely tips, talk about container gardening, new plants and products, and help answer your gardening questions.

Refreshments will be available for purchase from local vendors.

TWIG VI is a volunteer organization whose members support the mission of Marion General by providing and caring for the rose beds surrounding the hospital as well as the memorial garden near McKinley Park.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the projects of TWIG VI.
