The Marion Camera Club will hold their last meeting before their summer break on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 7:00pm in the MARCA administration building (east end of building) conference room. In addition to hearing about photographing eagles, the group will also launch their summer contest at the meeting.
The monthly contest topic is Chairs. Everyone may enter one color print and one black and white print. Prints must be 5×7 or larger. Prints may be matted but not framed.
Anyone interested in displaying their photos in the library showcase as part of the Marion Camera Club must bring the prints to the May meeting.
Marijane Brown will be giving a presentation on Eagle Photography. She has been active in photography for 15 years. In 2006 she began photographing eagles and says she has been hooked since. She has taken photos from Marion to Lake Erie and even into Michigan and Indiana. She has a general interest in wildlife photography but her fascination with eagles will be mainly what she will share with the group.
Marion Camera Club meetings are open to anyone with an interest in photography. They welcome new members and say they hope to see you at their next meeting.
