AquaGym is returning to the Lincoln Park Family Aquatic Center this weekend along with its first teen dance. The dance is Friday, June 28, 2013 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Admission for this special event is $3 for members and $5 for non-members.
Music will be provided by Dolphin Music and there will be specials at the concession stand, supervised swimming and dancing. The dance is open to ages 13 to 17 years old.
AquaGym will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013. Imagine the thrill of pulling on a pair of swim fins, a mask and scuba equipment and learning how to breathe and play, all under water. That’s the whole idea behind AquaGym, an underwater fitness program for kids ages 8 years old and up.
Under the care and guidance of a certified scuba instructor, kids learn games along with individual and team challenges designed to provide them with fun, excitement, confidence building and a real sense of accomplishment.

Class sizes are limited to ensure the safety and special attention for each child. Cost is $40 for the 2 hour program. Pre-registration is required.
