Dietitians say that ating right is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. It’s also an important part of decreasing your risk for developing heart disease and stroke, whether you have heart disease or want to prevent it. You are invited to join the dietitians at Marion General Hospital to learn about ways to reduce your cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure, in addition to learning how to make healthier food choices and understanding food labels.
This free class, offered at 9 a.m. or 5 p.m. on June 26, 2013, takes place in the Ohio Room on the first floor of the hospital.
