Marion Book Store Holding Prayer Concert

Hope Crossing Christian Books & Gifts is inviting the public to a Prayer Concert on Friday, August 23, 2013 beginning at 6:30pm. Held in the parking lot next to the store, 187 West Center Street in Marion, the theme of the Prayer Concert is “Break Every Chain.”

“We believe the Lord has led us to host this prayer event to pray for and with people who are struggling with addictions, poverty, sexual sins, abuse, unemployment, crime, racism, sickness and disease,” explained Jeanie Green, co-owner of Hope Crossing. “This is an opportunity for the Body of Christ in Marion to unite and agree in prayer.”

The Prayer Concert is a free community event. You are asked to bring your own chair and you may come when you can and leave when you need to.
