Boomer Nights Return to Marion Senior Center

After a summer break, The Marion Senior Center will once again be expanding their hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings to accommodate Baby Boomers and other seniors working during the day. Programs will be targeting the generation born between 1946 -1964, but anyone age 50-plus is welcome to join.

Soup, salad, and sandwiches will be available for purchase from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. All classes begin at 6:00 pm, unless noted otherwise.

Tuesday Programs will include:

  • Tai Chi (Steve & Marlene Renick, Carol Nelson, Instructors)
  • Texas Hold ‘Em (Paul Kennedy, Instructor)
  • Kingston “Ladies ONLY” Pool League (Tammy Millisor of Kingston, Coordinator)
  • Watercolor Painting Class (Dori Traynham, Instructor)

Thursday Programs will include:

  • Card Game 31 (Dee Harshfield, Instructor)
  • Tai Chi (Steve & Marlene Renick, Carol Nelson Instructors)
  • Line Dancing (Instructor TBD)
  • Craft Class (Pat Fortney, Instructor)
  • PickleBall (Kerry Riggenbach, Coordinator)
