Don’t Forget to Recycle While at the Popcorn Festival

Marion County Recycling and Litter Prevention urges everyone visiting this year’s Marion Popcorn Festival to put all bottles and cans into the green recycling barrels. The barrels are located throughout the festival area.

Angela Carbetta says that thanks to generous donations from Sims Brothers, Rumpke and General Recycling the Popcorn Festival is greener than ever. In addition, students from Grant Middle School repainted the barrels this year.
