Palace Theatre Showing “Hotel Transylvania”

Marion Palace TheatreThe Marion Palace Theatre will show the animated film “Hotel Transylvania” on October 25 & 26, 2013.  Kids who attend the film are invited to wear a Halloween costume.

The family-friendly film, as described by Sony Pictures is about Dracula’s lavish five-star resort named Hotel Transylvania, where monsters and their families can vacation and relax…and no humans are allowed. On one special weekend, Dracula (Adam Sandler) has invited all his best friends – Frankenstein and his wife, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, the Werewolf family, and more – to celebrate his beloved daughter Mavis’s (Selena Gomez) 118th birthday. For Dracula catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem but the party really starts when one ordinary guy stumbles into the hotel and changes everything.

This animated comedy features the voices of Steve Buscemi, Fran Drescher, Kevin James, Jon Lovitz, Adam Sandler, David Spade, Molly Shannon, Chris Parnell, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez and Cee-Lo Green.

This film is rated PG for some rude humor, action and scary images and runs 91 minutes.

“Hotel Transylvania” will play at the Marion Palace Theatre Friday, October 25 at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, October 26 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4/Adults, $3/Seniors (62 & over), $2/Children (12 and under).
