Friday, May 16, 2014, the Marion Area Counseling Center will hold its 4th annual Dinner and Auction featuring Dueling Piano’s International. This year the Marion Area Counseling Center is celebrating 40 years of serving the Marion Area.
Event organizers say that if you suddenly feel the hairs stand up on the back of your neck and become overwhelmingly inspired to join your friends in singing your favorite classic songs to the sounds of the pianos, you know you are feeling the electricity of a Dueling Pianos International corporate performance. Audience participation, Sing-Along, Comedy, Song Requests, light-heated roasts, comedic skits and bits, knee slapping banter and the occasional originally crafted parody are all part of the Dueling Pianos International experience.
The event, titled MACC Fest 2014, will take place at Park Place (corner of Center and Prospect Streets in downtown Marion).
The doors will open at 6:00 pm. Dinner will be prepared by Tim Kildow of the Warehouse. There will be close to 60 silent auction items and 7 live auction items.
Tickets to the event are $40 and includes a $10 raffle ticket where you have 12 chances to win tickets to summer fun games and locations like; the Columbus Clippers, Cincinnati Reds, African Safari, Cleveland Indians, Tecumseh, Skate Zone, Columbus Crew, Cedar Point, Sky Zone, Zoombezi Bay, and Magic Mountain. Raffle tickets can be purchased separately for $10 each or 3 for $20.
