The Marion Senior Center will be hosting an outdoor concert from 5:30 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, featuring party rock cover band Cherry Blonde. In the spirit of this “Boomer Night” event, the band will be performing 80’s hits, classic rock, and more.
Wagner Farm Pork Concessions will be serving sandwiches and chips and the Center will also have ice cream, water and soft drinks available throughout the event. All food and beverages will be served a la carte at an additional charge.
The event is open to the public for anyone age 50+. Tickets are only $2 per person and may be purchased at the Center or at the door.
Attendees are also encouraged to bring a comfortable lawn chair. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors at Marion Senior Center 2375 Harding Highway E, Marion, OH.
