“Estate Planning for Business Entities” is the title of a Community Chat presented by Attorneys David F. Bacon and Jessica B. Moon on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from noon-1pm at the Kingston Residence of Marion.
First in a 3-part series, the focus of part 1 is “Planning for Creditor Protection”. Topics will include: Why would I consider a business entity when I don’t have a business? Types of business entities and the effect on the client. Tax issues-basis and income effect on ownership and probate issues with entity ownership.
There is no cost for the Community Chat and a light lunch will be provided by Kingston at no cost from 11:30am – noon for pre-registered participants.
