Marion Curves for Women Celebrates 2nd Anniversary

Ribbon Cutting CurvesThe Marion Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently joined Cindi Bentley, owner of Curves for Women, her staff and customers for a Ribbon Cutting kick off for their 2nd anniversary in the Marion community. Curves for Women, 1199 Delaware Ave., Suite 111, is hosting a Happy Birthday Open House featuring special promotional prices through the end of September. Those interested can also try Curves for Women for a week at no charge.

“We are honored to be part of a program that can help the women of Marion lead healthier lives,” said Cindi Bentley, owner of Curves for Women. “It has been so gratifying to see members boost their self-confidence, drop dress sizes and even reduce medications, as well as make amazing connections within the Curves community.”

Bentley says that both Curves Fitness and Curves Complete are backed by extensive research.  In fact, in a study conducted at the Exercise and Sports Nutrition Laboratory at Texas A&M University, Curves Complete participants lost more than twice the fat compared to other leading diet programs. Bentley said that over a 16-week period, Curves Complete participants lost 14.1 pounds of fat, while women following the leading diet program lost only 6.4 pounds.

“We look forward to many more years of empowering the women of Marion to achieve their goals,” said Bentley.
