The annual Multi-County Hiring Fair, hosted by Marion County Job & Family Services, OhioMeansJob Marion, Delaware, Knox, and Morrow Counties, Marion Technical College, and Tri-Rivers Career Center is set for Thursday, September 25th 2014, at the Marion Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
Organizers say that in addition to getting access to :a diverse work ready force,” companies can also learn about training grants for new hires and get assistance with registering on OhioMeansJobs.com. There are no registration fees.
For job seekers, Job Coaches will be on site to help them navigate the event and answer questions. The Job-A-Bego will also be on site to assist with resumes and OhioMeanJobs.com registrations.
The Multi-County Hiring Fair will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is open to all businesses and job seekers. Veterans Memorial Coliseum is located at 220 East Fairground Street in Marion.
