Cody Wes Davis, 25 of 996 Drexel Avenue, was arrested and taken to the Multi-County Correctional Center for a fifth degree felony charge of breaking and entering.
Marion County Sheriff Tim Bailey issued thanks to the individual who reported the alleged crime and assisted in the arrest of Davis.
Sheriff Bailey encouraged residents to report any suspicious activity such as this to law enforcement by contacting the Sheriff’s Office at 740-382-8244, the Marion Police Department at 740-387-2525, or by calling the TIPS line at 740-375-TIPS (8477).
