The Marion Palace Theatre will present the popular 2004 Christmas movie, The Polar Express on December 19, 20 and 21. Movie-goers have five opportunities to see this family-friendly film and to get free hot chocolate.
Show times are Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Theatre management has reduced the admission price to $2 for all ages for this holiday film and will offer free hot chocolate to patrons before the film.
The Polar Express is an animated adventure that takes place on Christmas Eve. A skeptical boy boards a magical train that’s headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’s home. Along with fellow passengers, the young boy embarks on a journey of a life-time filled with adventure, friendship and ultimately self-discovery showing us that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe. The running time for this film is 1 hour, 40 minutes.
Special Holiday ticket prices for all ages are $2 at the door. Free hot chocolate will be available to patrons while supplies last.
