Anne Johnson recently joined the Alber Enterprise Center team as program manager. She will be leading the organizations efforts in the long-term healthcare and support services industries.
Johnson’s position will be partially supported through earnings from the Alber Enterprise Center as well as funding from Ohio State University Extension.
Johnson has spent her career working with people – in health care, long-term care, fundraising and organization development, serving in several leadership roles. She has developed training curricula for grief and loss, developed statewide programs for advocacy and faith based institutions, and administered a continuing education program for a multi-site long-term care organization.
She is a trained facilitator for The Leadership Challenge® (Kouzes and Posner). In addition to her role with the Alber Enterprise Center, she also teaches graduate students as a faculty member for Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, focusing on critical thinking, managerial communication skills and organization development.
Johnson earned a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University, Beckley, West Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio.
The Ohio State University’s Alber Enterprise Center is an organization development outreach service providing specialized consulting resources and customized non-credit educational programming for employers throughout Ohio.
