Much needed road repairs started on North Greenwood Street

The City of Marion Engineer’s Office said Thursday that North Greenwood Street, from Mark Street to Fairground Street, has closed to through traffic. The area will remain closed for about 90 days.

Helms and Sons Excavating, through a contract with the City of Marion, will be completing a sanitary and storm sewer replacement and roadway reconstruction project in the area.
