Police seeking tips about Marion gas station robbery

On Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 8:30 p.m., officers of the Marion Police Department responded to 885 East Center Street for a report of a robbery in progress. Upon arrival, officers said found that the gas station had been robbed by a male subject for an undisclosed amount of money.

The clerk and witnesses were able to provide the following description of the suspect. White male, 5’07” to 5’08”, 160 to 170 pounds. The male was last seen wearing a tan or yellow “hunting” style coat with a hood, blue jeans, and blue gloves. He also had cloth covering his face.
